Celebrating Women’s History Month with BE WELL WITH BRITT

Learn how LivOn Labs and BE WELL WITH BRITT are celebrating women's history by supporting women's future.

In honor of Women's History Month, I feel so lucky to celebrate all the young women I work with through my business, BE WELL WITH BRITT.

But first, let me introduce myself to the LivOn Labs community in case we haven’t met yet. Hi! 😊 I’m Britt! I’m a mental health speaker, advocate, Pilates teacher, vitamin C enthusiast, and a proud representative of NAMI (the National Alliance on Mental Illness). Some of you may know me as @bewellwithbritt on Instagram.

To say that health and wellness is my passion would be an understatement. It’s not just my career; it’s my purpose.

For the past six years, I’ve had two parallel paths: One in mental health peer education with NAMI and the other in fitness and movement. It’s no surprise to anyone in this community that the mind-body connection is real, and that intersection is exactly where I thrive.

How it started

I grew up in an incredible family in Pennsylvania and was the girl who always “ticked all the boxes”—good grades, social life, sports, leadership. All that and still when I was in college, I started experiencing mental health challenges. The thing was, I didn’t even realize it at the time. And to be honest, no one around me did either. On the outside, I looked like I had it all together.

After navigating my own struggles, I made it my mission to give back to young women by educating them on the importance of mind, body, and spirit.

Two years ago, in March 2023, I officially launched BE WELL WITH BRITT, a wellness initiative designed to support college women through mental health and movement programming. Before I even had proof of concept, I pitched the idea to LivOn Labs, and the women-owned and led company has been a supporter every step of the way.

THE BE WELL WITH BRITT EXPERIENCE

My curriculum isn’t revolutionary, but that’s the beauty of it. It’s simple, effective, and accessible for every woman who shows up:

  • We start with storytelling—de-stigmatizing mental health, sharing my journey, and introducing healthy habits (like incorporating Lypo-Spheric® Vitamin C into a daily routing to support overall well-being and peace of mind).
  • We move into a 30-minute mat Pilates session to connect the mind and body through movement.
  • We round off the event with breath work, journaling, and meditation, creating a holistic wellness experience that leaves participants feeling grounded, strong, and empowered.

How it's going

Since launching, I’ve worked with more than 8,000 young women in person, and LivOn Labs has been with me since my first event. As BE WELL WITH BRITT continues to grow, I couldn’t think of a better partner to have by my side. (Stay tuned—we have some exciting new programming in the works!)

Through this journey, I’ve learned that young women are craving real conversations about wellness and, more than anything, they just want to have FUN. They want community, connection, and tools that actually work. When we support our bodies, we support our minds. And when we support each other, we create lasting change.

So, this Women’s History Month, I celebrate all of you—the women who show up, who do the work, and who remind me every day why this mission matters. Here’s to more movement, more connection, and more well-being for all.
